Leader Bank Named One of Massachusetts' Top 100 Places to Work
Leader Bank has been named one of the "Top 100 Places to Work" in Massachusetts by the Boston Globe's annual employee-based survey.
"It is truly an honor to be included among Massachusetts' Top 100 Places to Work," said Sushil K. Tuli, President and CEO of Leader Bank. "This achievement is a direct reflection of the vital contribution each and every employee of Leader Bank has made toward the overall success of the company. It is because of our employees' positive attitudes and commitment to Leader Bank that we are able to create such a positive working environment, and for that I am truly grateful."
Published by the same team that compiles the 22-year-old "Globe 100" report of the best-performing public companies in Massachusetts, the Top 100 Places to Work recognizes the most progressive companies in the state, based on employee opinions in such areas as company leadership, compensation & training, diversity/inclusion, career development, family-friendly flexibility, and values & ethics. Private companies and nonprofits, as well as publicly held businesses, were included in the analysis.
Steve Ainsley, Publisher of the Globe, said, "The companies included in the Globe 100's Top Places to Work have succeeded in creating a positive workplace for their employees in the midst of the uncertainties of the general economy. I congratulate each of them for an outstanding accomplishment."
The rankings in the Globe 100's Top Places to Work are based on information collected by Workplace Dynamics, an independent firm specializing in employee engagement and retention. More than 86,000 employees from 269 companies were surveyed this year, which marks the second year a Globe 100 report has honored private as well as public companies.
The results of the survey were published in the Sunday, November 8, 2009 edition of the Boston Globe. The report can also be found online, at www.boston.com/topworkplaces.
